Anthony Lombardo of Brampton founded The Mister Brewer during the pandemic; all beans are Certified Fair Trade and Organic, roasted to order with partners in St. Catharines. Ten percent of proceeds go to the William Osler Health System Foundation.

Yellow Lab Lemons is a Toronto mobile cafe and lemonade stand that serves lemonade, iced coffee (including oat-milk caramel iced lattes), and custom cake pops. They set up at community fairs and events around the city, from neighbourhood spring fairs to charity golf days.
