Bizjak Farms is a multi-generational family fruit farm in Niagara, started in 1973 by Louis and Maria Bizjak in Beamsville. Milan Bizjak, his sister Mimi and her husband Ignacio now work the Beamsville farm and Milan's Vineland farm with a more ecological, sustainable approach. They specialize in tree-ripened peaches and also grow cherries, apricots, nectarines, plums, pears, strawberries, raspberries, grapes and apples, sold at Toronto and Guelph farmers' markets and at their farm stand at First Avenue and Victoria Avenue in Vineland.

Established in 2021, Hammerhead's Fresh brings fresh, sustainable, and traceable seafood to Hamilton and beyond by purchasing directly from fishers, about 95 percent of what they sell. The shop sources wild-caught and organic farmed seafood from Canada's east and west coasts and from the Great Lakes.

Royal Rose Garden is a family-owned grower from Princeton that has sold at the Guelph Farmers' Market for over 40 years. It grows fresh-cut and potted plants and blueberries, with varieties changing through the season, and offers pick-your-own blueberries at the farm from mid-July to the end of September.

Saha International Cuisine is a small Toronto food company, launched in 2010, that makes artisanal marinades, curry bases and cooking sauces inspired by classic dishes and street foods from the Middle East, Thailand, the Caribbean and India. Everything is made by hand in small batches in Toronto, mostly with locally grown fresh produce, and the line is gluten-free, vegan-friendly and free of additives and preservatives.

Thames River Melons is the Chesney family's farm in Innerkip, Ontario. Rob Chesney planted a single acre of melons in 1984, and the farm now grows more than 40 crops, from asparagus and strawberries to sweet corn, melons, squash and apples, alongside honey from its own hives, Black Angus beef and from-scratch pies, baked goods and preserves. Everything it sells is grown, raised or made on the farm, and it runs pick-your-own, weekly home delivery and stands at farmers' markets across southern Ontario.

Sorry Sauce is award-winning, farm-to-table Canadian craft hot sauce made with local ingredients and green energy by Erik Begg. It started in 2014 with a single backyard ghost pepper in Burlington; in 2017 the family moved to the hamlet of Lebanon in Mapleton Township, where Erik's pepper farm, the Garden of Apologies, now grows hundreds of pepper varieties for Sorry Sauce and other local businesses. The line includes award winners such as Fresh Cents, Curry Curry Hard, Cherrynobyl, Beauty, Cobra Chicken, Soy Un Perdedor and Miso Nutty, plus limited-edition sauces. It sells at the Guelph Farmers' Market every Saturday year-round, at the Rockwood Farmers' Market on alternate Wednesdays in summer, at hot sauce expos and seasonal markets, and online with shipping across Canada.
