Blue Gables Acres is a haskap berry farm and micro winery in Paris, Ontario, established 2020. Kimmy and Delano Osmond grow Beauty, Beast, and Boreal Blizzard haskaps on about five acres, applying organic methods though not certified organic. Kimmy has been wine-making since 2012 and brings Métis heritage into foraging, preserving, and wine from local plants and fruit. The haskap flavour is like raspberries and blueberries smashed together; the wine resembles a full-bodied dry fruit wine.
