Albion Hills Farm is a family-run maker of handcrafted cured and smoked meats in Palgrave, Ontario. Sam Giuliano began drying and curing meats in the old European tradition in 1966, and later generations of the family carry on the recipes: specialty salami, pepperettes, sausages, bacon and jerky, plus charcuterie table spreads and to-go platters for events. They sell at farmers' markets across the GTA.

Fenwick Berry Farm is a first-generation family farm in Fenwick, in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula, run by Dave and Christine Klyn-Hesselink since 1999 on close to 150 acres. They grow strawberries and raspberries from the end of May into October, blackberries and blueberries from mid-July to mid-September, plus cherries, peaches, nectarines, apples, sweet peas and sweet corn, using raised beds, trickle irrigation and biological pest control. Pre-picked berries are sold at the wholesale barn at 1760 Balfour Street, and the farm sells at farmers' markets from June to mid-October.

Flat Rock Cellars is a winery at 2727 Seventh Avenue in Jordan, Ontario, on the Twenty Mile Bench of the Niagara Peninsula. It makes Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling in Reserve and Estate tiers, plus the Twisted blends, in a five-level gravity-flow winery, and is one of 12 certified sustainable wineries in Ontario. The winery offers tours and tastings with cheese and charcuterie plates.

Forest Fruits Mushrooms is a Hamilton-based gourmet and medicinal mushroom farm. Growing methods upcycle wood and agricultural waste into fresh mushrooms. Their mission includes providing fresh mushrooms and educating about mushroom benefits and home growing.

Fairweather Brewing Company is a Hamilton craft brewery that opened in May 2017 in a revitalized warehouse in the Ainslie Wood neighbourhood. Pure and Simple Farm is a small-scale farm at 1420 Middletown Road in Millgrove, run by head farmer and operator Alissa, who studied agriculture at the University of Guelph - Ridgetown. The farm uses organic and regenerative practices, including crop rotation, inter-cropping, polyculture and no-till, and sells seasonal fruit, vegetables, eggs and preserves. It sells at the Dundas Farmers' Market on Thursdays (2-6pm) and the Annette Village Farmers' Market in Toronto on Wednesdays (3-7pm), welcomes visitors at the farm on Saturdays and Sundays 9am-4pm, and hosts farm dinner parties, a volunteer work share and a free fall Squash Fest.

NuttyHero is Courtney and Arjun's Burlington, Ontario nut and seed butter company. It started as recipes in their home kitchen during the Covid-19 lockdown, blending nuts and seeds into an all-natural nut and seed butter. Brantwood Farms is a Pate family farm that has farmed in Brant County since 1891 and now operates from 351 German School Road in Paris, Ontario. The family grows rhubarb, strawberries, apples, sweet corn and pumpkins, runs an on-farm market and pick-your-own, and hosts a fall festival on weekends in September and October. Their stall is at the Brantford, Ancaster and Dundas farmers' markets, among others.
