We’re Chad & Marie Miller, the duo behind Lofty Butter Company. Lofty Butter began with a simple question: why wasn’t anyone making small-batch cultured butter here in Ontario? Each batch is a labour of love — the cream is cultured for days, then churned in small batches, flavoured, and packed by hand.
