DesBarres Chocolate is a micro-batch maker of single-origin, bean-to-bar craft chocolate.

Mushroom Meadows is a family-founded gourmet mushroom farm started by Geoffrey and Richard Norton, with farm locations in Claremont and Sunderland just outside the Greater Toronto Area. It handles every step of cultivation in-house, from spore to fruit, repurposes agricultural by-products as growing substrate and turns spent substrate into compost. It sells fresh and dried gourmet mushrooms (oyster varieties, lion's mane, chestnut, shiitake, pioppino and black pearl king oyster), lion's mane and reishi powders, shelf-stable mushroom meals developed with resident chef Nathalie Douglas, grow kits, hardwood spawn and grow blocks, and also supplies restaurants and farm shops. It sells at the Junction Farmers Market and Newmarket Main Street Farmers' Market on Saturdays, the Uxbridge Farmers' Market on Sundays and the Cabbagetown Farmers' Market every other Tuesday.

Zephyr Bee is a family-owned apiary in Pefferlaw, Ontario, founded by beekeeper Dave Tutt, producing 100% raw, unpasteurized honey from its own hives and select local apiaries north of the GTA.

Willo’Wind Farm is a 50-acre family farm in Zephyr, near Uxbridge, that Rudy and Elizabeth Stocking bought in 1984; Adrian Stocking now manages it with Elizabeth. The farm grows vegetables in its greenhouses and fields using organic practices, keeps laying hens and raises livestock for natural meats. It has run a CSA since 2008, with a summer share and a 2026-2027 winter share that can be picked up at the farm or its markets or delivered around Uxbridge, Zephyr, Sandford, Leaskdale and east and west Toronto. Willo’Wind sells at the Uxbridge Farmers' Market on Sundays, the Village Market at the Toronto Waldorf School on Saturdays and the Bloor-Borden Farmers' Market on Wednesdays, and its online store offers eggs, produce boxes, stew hens and local honey and maple syrup for pickup.
