GoodLot Farm & Farmstead Brewing Co. is an organic hop farm and solar-powered brewery in Caledon, Ontario. Gail and Phil Winters bought the 30-acre Pinkney Farm on Shaws Creek Rd in 2009, grew hops from a test plot to about 1,500 plants, and launched the brewery in 2017. They brew hyper-local Farm-raised Beer with 100% Ontario hops in an eco-renovated barn aiming to sequester more green energy than they consume, using regenerative practices (no chemicals, minimal tillage, biodiversity, rotational grazing).
