Forty Mile Creek Farm is a 47-acre family farm on the Niagara Escarpment in Grimsby, Ontario, in the Greenbelt, crossed twice by Forty Mile Creek and run by Zibby and Marianna. It grows signature heirloom tomatoes plus asparagus, eggplants, cucumbers, lettuce, melons, beans, squash, radishes and carrots, along with everbearing strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and haskap berries, without GMO seeds, pesticides or herbicides, using crop rotation, composting and cover crops. The farm also offers a CSA and call-ahead orders for pickup.

The Exchange Brewery is a craft brewery and tasting room at 7 Queen Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake's Old Town heritage district, in the building that was Niagara's first telephone exchange. It brews American-style beers alongside sour and funky Belgian-style ales, many matured in Hungarian oak foeders and French oak wine barrels and made with local Niagara fruit. Two taproom bars and a patio overlooking Simcoe Park pour flagship, seasonal and limited-release beers, beer cocktails and a gluten-free saison, with bottles, cans and merchandise to go.

Dettweiler's Sausage is a family sausage business at 2057 Victoria Street North in Breslau, started by Isaiah Dettweiler in 1935 and still family-run.
