Dettweiler's Sausage
Dettweiler's Sausage is a family sausage business at 2057 Victoria Street North in Breslau, started by Isaiah Dettweiler in 1935 and still family-run. The store sells its original smoked Farmers' sausage, fresh sausages in many flavours, pepperettes, the Dettweiler burger (pork and beef), breaded schnitzel, pork kabobs, summer sausage, deli meats and local cheeses. Occasional Saturdays at St. Catharines Farmers Market; preordering recommended.
