Vilma's Sauces makes authentic Trinidadian hot sauces from a family recipe passed down for three generations. The founder learned her late mother Vilma's renowned hot sauce and green grind seasoning and now shares them in her honour. The all-natural line is built on scotch bonnet peppers, with Trini Pepper, Papaya, Pineapple, Chadon Beni, Trini Mustard, Original and Mango flavours, plus Original Fire made with Carolina Reaper peppers.
