From Lex’s Pantry embodies Alexa (Lex) Clark’s passion for spices and her desire to bring more spice, flavour, and fun into people’s lives. Lex, a professional food critic, judge, and best-selling restaurant guide author, has been working on her spice blends for 30+ years.

Salvatore’s Gourmet Foods was started in our family’s kitchen around our love of food. Salvatore used his wife Emma’s recipe and perfected it into the mouth-watering tomato sauce it is today. Vilma's Sauces makes authentic Trinidadian hot sauces from a family recipe passed down for three generations. The founder learned her late mother Vilma's renowned hot sauce and green grind seasoning and now shares them in her honour.
