Coati Fine Chocolate is the Hamilton-Wentworth region’s first artisanal bean-to-bar chocolate shop, proudly operating from the Hamilton Farmers’ Market since October 2023. Every bar starts with Fair Trade or Direct Trade cocoa beans sourced from around the world, then roasted, refined, and handcrafted entirely on-site. Coati’s lineup includes single origin bars, bonbons, and a variety of confections made without artificial additives, soy, or gluten—many featuring certified organic ingredients. “I’m incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received from the Hamilton community. At Coati Fine Chocolate, everything we make—from truffles and nut clusters to caramel popcorn and our popular Saturday-only cookies and brownies—is made with care and high-quality ingredients.
