Indonesian’s Flavour started during the pandemic in 2020, which began with pre-ordered deliveries and occasional pop-ups and festivals. In 2023, they found their first permanent home at the Hamilton Farmers’ Market. Known for their high-quality, MSG-free meals made fresh to order, they offer a range of classic Indonesian dishes like Mie Goreng, Nasi Goreng, Beef Rendang, and more—along with vegetarian and vegan options. “At Indonesian’s Flavour, we started with a love for good food and genuine connection. Being at the Hamilton Farmers’ Market lets us meet new friends—customers and fellow vendors alike—and grow alongside others in the industry.
