Indonesian’s Flavour started during the pandemic in 2020, which began with pre-ordered deliveries and occasional pop-ups and festivals. In 2023, they found their first permanent home at the Hamilton Farmers’ Market. Known for their high-quality, MSG-free meals made fresh to order, they offer a range of classic Indonesian dishes like Mie Goreng, Nasi Goreng, Beef Rendang, and more—along with vegetarian and vegan options. “At Indonesian’s Flavour, we started with a love for good food and genuine connection. Being at the Hamilton Farmers’ Market lets us meet new friends—customers and fellow vendors alike—and grow alongside others in the industry. We take pride in cooking fresh, flavourful meals without shortcuts, and it means everything to see people enjoy what we serve.
