Rosie’s Meat Pies and Quiche is a family business owned and operated by Thomas Bouhs, using recipes from Tom’s mother Rosie. At market since 2009 with homemade meat pies and quiche (including Steak and Guinness, ginger honey chicken, and turkey with sweet potato and cranberry), in three sizes, made from fresh ingredients, by hand, and fully cooked.
