Itty Bitty Pie Company makes sweet and savoury pies from scratch in St. Catharines. Fillings are cooked in small batches and nestled in hand-rolled vegetable shortening pastry. Started in 2004 by founders Tara and Pam and continued by owners Laurie, Mark and family, they have been producing quality pies since 2011 and are a Niagara community favourite.
