Finest Sausage & Meat Ltd. is a Lotzmann family meat processor at 268 Trillium Drive in Kitchener, Ontario, founded in 1975 by master sausage maker Guenter Lotzmann and Martin Gedja. Using German recipes and Ontario pork, they make fresh and smoked sausages, salami, deli meats, bacon, dry-cured products, rings, snack sticks and fresh cuts. Shop the factory retail store and their stall in the Market Building at St. Jacobs Farmers' Market (Thursdays and Saturdays).
