Its fresh meat counter at the St. Jacobs Farmers' Market (Thursdays and Saturdays year-round, plus Tuesdays in summer) offers New York striploin steak, Black Forest-style breakfast bacon, Bavarian-style pork schnitzel, pork souvlaki, smoked pork loin chops, pepperettes, double-smoked ham kolbassa, fresh sausage and peameal bacon. Its beef and pork products are made without MSG, fillers, wheat or milk, and its New Hamburg food outlet also carries frozen foods, deli items, ready-made meals and gluten-free products.
