Con Gusto Artisan Bakery

Con Gusto ("in good taste") is a St. Catharines artisan bakery founded in 2006 by Red Seal chef Giovanni Stanziano. It makes premium artisanal breads, pastries and traditional Italian baking using time-honoured techniques and fine ingredients (real vanilla beans, Normandy butter, organic flour), and has been a certified living-wage employer since 2019. Its storefront is currently closed for renovations; find it at the St. Catharines Market (Thursdays and Saturdays) and the Welland Market (Saturdays).
