Terry's Unique Hot Sauce
Barrie, Ontario small-batch hot sauce maker. Terry Williams developed the recipes after decades of Buffalo chicken-wing trips; in 2016 a local restaurant asked him to supply sauce, and diner demand led Terry and Karen to bottle for the public. Handcrafted in Barrie with Canadian ingredients, heat from medium to extreme. Fixture at Barrie Farmers' Market and carried by regional retailers. Shop: terrysuniquehotsauce.ca.
