Hunter's Holy Dough is a bagel shop and bakery in downtown Cobourg, run by Matt and Sarah, who started selling bagels at the Cobourg Farmers' Market in June 2024. Bagels are boiled and baked the traditional way, drawing on both Montreal and New York styles, alongside cookies, house-whipped cream cheese and baked goods. Storefront at 32 King Street West.
