Daily Nourish began with a simple question: What if eating better could feel effortless — and exciting? Tired of limp herbs and sad salads; frustrated by the lack of fresh, local, truly nutrient-dense food options, we decided to grow our own microgreens. Friends started asking for samples. Then cafés. Then chefs. Before long, Daily Nourish was born — not just as a farm, but as a way to reconnect people (and even their pets!) to living, nutrient-rich food. No acres, no tractors — just innovative vertical farming in a compact, tech-enabled space.
