Cameron's Hillbilly Harvest
Cameron's Hillbilly Harvest is the new name for the market goods of Steve Cameron's South Mountain Reproductions, based on Hilton's Point Road near Norland in Kawartha Lakes. The family makes old-fashioned maple syrup on a wood-burning evaporator for a smoky flavour, has kept bees since 2020 for raw wildflower honey, and since 2023 has made more than 25 flavours of jams and jellies plus preserves such as salsa, pickles, beets, relish and chili sauce. The stall also carries South Mountain's live-edge charcuterie and cutting boards (custom woodworking by order) and seasonal produce such as rhubarb and wild leeks. Find them at the Fenelon Falls Farmers' Market on Fridays in season.
