AP Bakery
AP Bakery is a Brantford bakery run by Priya and Amrish Kumar Goyal, with a shop at 175 Lynden Road, Unit A8. Priya learned to bake sourdough, bagels, pretzels and cookies while studying at Fleming College in Lindsay and working at Mickael's Café Libraire, and the couple started baking on their own in November 2022. They make sourdough loaves, bagels, pretzels, baguettes, brioche, challah, cinnamon buns, croissants and shortbread cookies, and sell at farmers' markets around the region.
