TOON is a Toronto brand founded by Christina Chaaya and Omar Barghouti that sources small-batch Levantine foods from family farms and women-led cooperatives in Lebanon. Named from zaytoon, the Arabic word for olive, they sell early-harvest extra-virgin Baladi olive oil cold-pressed within hours in Tanbourit, South Lebanon, plus pomegranate molasses, makdous, and handmade olive oil soap.
