About
We produce gluten-free and vegan baked goods and meals (soups, buddha bowls, bakes etc). Also, we offer a few low calorie and diabetic friendly products, which are made with alternative sugars, ie. maple syrup, coconut sugar, dates,... We use local ingredients when they're available to us such as produce and flours, as well as ingredients from our fellow market vendors. We love collaborating. Rosie has Celiac Disease; therefore, she understands the needs of those with severe food allergies and dietary restrictions. We operate in a commercial and inspected kitchen.
