Paratha Begum is a family pop-up run by Noreen Ahmed with her parents, Nasira and Muzaffor Ahmed, serving handmade stuffed Pakistani parathas at The Stop's Farmers' Market at Wychwood Barns. Their vegetarian- and vegan-friendly menu includes aloo (spiced potato), green (kale, leek, onion, garlic, and herbs), and chili cheese parathas, with daal and cabbage achar on the side.
