Family-owned Olive It and More hand-stuffs gourmet olives in more than 27 varieties, from blue cheese, garlic and jalapeño to vermouth-soaked martini olives, plus dirty martini mixes, pickled cocktail garnishes and other olive products. The business began in 2003 when founder Michael McGillen made jalapeño-stuffed olives for family parties; the olives are sourced from Greece and Spain.
