Murray’s Farm is a farmer-owned butcher shoppe offering ethically raised products from the family farm north of Cambridge. They raise registered heritage hog breeds, pastured beef, pasture-raised Heritage Eggs and poultry, and grow vegetables and fruit; Evergreen highlights their farm-to-table breakfast sandwiches at Brick Works.

Reyes Farms is the Niagara tender-fruit orchard of Mimi Bizjak and Ignacio Ruiz Reyes, who purchased the original Bizjak family farm in 2014. They grow tree-ripened, hand-picked fruit and bring it to Toronto farmers markets, including year-round indoor and outdoor markets at Evergreen Brick Works.

Sasa Naturals is Kristine Harris-Watts's Toronto urban farm and farm-to-skincare line, growing herbs and vegetables on 1,500 square feet at BCI Farm with FoodShare using Indigenous farming practices. Thames River Melons is the Chesney family's farm in Innerkip, Ontario. Rob Chesney planted a single acre of melons in 1984, and the farm now grows more than 40 crops, from asparagus and strawberries to sweet corn, melons, squash and apples, alongside honey from its own hives, Black Angus beef and from-scratch pies, baked goods and preserves. Everything it sells is grown, raised or made on the farm, and it runs pick-your-own, weekly home delivery and stands at farmers' markets across southern Ontario.
