About
La Patisserie Nook is a family-run micro patisserie in Whitby Shores, Durham Region. Pastry chef Rhys Chatterton, a George Brown College Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts graduate, runs it with her mum Penny, specializing in French pastry, especially macarons, and breads such as sourdough. Everything is baked in a DineSafe kitchen, with pickup in Whitby Shores and delivery in Durham Region and the GTA.
