Kelly Greens is a take-out eatery inside LA Fitness at 6767 Morrison Street in Niagara Falls, with a second location inside LA Fitness in Burlington. It makes signature salad bowls, lettuce wraps, cauliflower-crust pizzas and smoothies, and offers meal plans and event catering.

  Romaine lettuce, turkey bacon, corn, cherry tomatoes, carrot, triple blend cheese, roasted red peppers, chipotle ranch dressing

• Sweet Southern

  Spring mix, roasted sweet potato, pickled red onions, dried cranberries, topped with crumbled goat cheese, cashews and honey dijon dressing.

• Greek Bowl

  Kalamata olives, cucumber, avocado, roasted peppers, pickled red onions, feta cheese, chicken served on a bed of lettuce and a side of rice. Choice of red wine vinaigrette or lemon tahini dressing.

• Fiesta Bowl

  Taco chicken, spring mix, guacamole, triple blend cheese, salsa fresca, black bean, corn salsa with maple chipotle dressing and cilantro lime crema

• Alpha Quinoa

  Blackened chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, feta cheese, chick peas, olives, topped with lemon tahini dressing.

  Brown rice, romaine lettuce, corn bean salsa, jalapenos, cucumbers, chicken served with a pineapple mango habanero vegan mayo.

  Miso glazed salmon with brown rice, cabbage, carrot and cucumber coleslaw, pickled red onions, roasted cashews, sesame seeds, and red chillis
