Niagara Samosa Factory is a family food business in Fort Erie founded by Bea Gonfa. It began with her handmade samosas at the Ridgeway Farmers' Market under the name B. Gonfa Food Services and grew into a storefront at 562 Central Ave. The kitchen describes its food as Ethio-fusion, with vegan and vegetarian staples: lentil, potato, spinach and apple samosas in spicy and non-spicy versions, lentil and split-pea soups, salads and house sauces. It also makes chicken and beef samosas, spring rolls, lentil cake and party trays.
