Thorganic Farms, run by Mike and Kari Madden in Thornton, Ontario, raises certified organic Black Angus beef on pasture and finishes cattle with an organic mix of peas, oats, and barley grown on the farm. The family also operates a Pro-Cert certified organic on-site butcher shop.
