The Ten of Tarts was established in 2021, when my quest for the best butter tart began. Finding most butter tarts that I purchased missing one key ingredient or another, I decided to make one that checked every one of my boxes. And The Ten of Tarts was born! Since then, I have stayed true to the quality ingredients I used in those first butter tarts! Pure maple syrup, fresh eggs, creamy butter (in both filling and crust!) and fresh, lively ingredients to accentuate the wonderful filing! I have won many awards for my tarts, the most notable one being the Champion at the Royal Agricultural Fair in 2023 for my Original Plain Maple Butter Tart!
