About

SnaxCo is a small Burlington cookie company built around unexpected flavours rather than a plain chocolate-chip cookie. Founded in March 2023 by baker and CEO Joanne McFadden after she settled in Burlington in late 2022, every flavour is tested and tweaked in-house.
