About
Daniel's Farm is a family-owned 5-acre hobby farm in the Holland Marsh (it appears as "Dianel's Farm" on the Humber Bay Shores market roster). They use old-fashioned homegrown farming techniques and do not use herbicides or pesticides. All produce is hand-harvested — potatoes hand-dug, root vegetables hand-pulled and washed in fresh water — grown in Holland Marsh's nutrient-rich black soil. Home-grown vegetables, fruits, herbs (including herb pots), and farm-fresh eggs. Saturdays at Humber Bay Farmers' Market (9am–2pm); Sundays at Lions Farmers Market, 4190 Shipp Dr, Mississauga (8am–5pm).
