City of Craft

Kinsip House of Fine Spirits is a farm distillery in Prince Edward County that mills the grain it grows, then ferments, distils and barrel-ages its spirits on the farm. Its line includes Canadian rye and maple whiskies, rum, gins, vodkas, liqueurs such as County Cassis and Saffron Liqueur, handcrafted cocktail bitters and barrel-aged maple syrups, made with local ingredients and its own grain.

Aralumi, formerly Nature Cares, handcrafts plant-based skincare and self-care products such as therapeutic balms, rose facial serum, hair oil, turmeric wash, and sunscreen. The Toronto maker sells these eco-friendly goods as a handcraft artisan at The Leslieville Farmers' Market.

Willy Bee Honey is a Markham-Pickering apiary established in 2020, with hives between the Seaton Trail and Rouge National Urban Park foraging on local wildflowers and native trees. It sells raw, unpasteurized 100% Ontario wildflower, creamed and comb honey, honey mustards, honey sticks, natural honey soap and seasonal beeswax candles, and is a member of the Ontario Beekeepers' Association and the Durham Region Beekeepers' Association.
