Our Story From Nettie's Kitchen, Since 2013 Nettie's Nah Joke Hot Peppersauce began with a bountiful harvest from a few hot pepper plants in a kitchen garden, and the memory of watching her mother make sauce, fresh and by hand. Not one to waste, and with a love for cooking with fresh natural ingredients, Nettie made her first batch that year.
