About
Lucarz Apiary keeps bees among the forests and wildflower meadows around Burk's Falls in Ontario's Almaguin Highlands. Its raw forest and wildflower honey is unpasteurized, never fine-filtered and harvested in small batches from hives raised without chemicals or antibiotics, and it won gold at the 2023 London and Paris Honey Awards.
