Into the Blue makes authentic Italian-style wood-fired pizza in Haliburton County since 2014 — markets, festivals, catering, and (seasonally) a food truck at Abbey Gardens. Now part of Abbey Gardens; proceeds support the not-for-profit. Note: food truck listed as not currently operating / business for sale; still attends Haliburton Farmers Market Tuesdays when running.
